Twenty is a large Victorian property a short walk from the seafront, with its own garden, hot tub and garage parking for one car plus space for two more outside. The location puts you near shops, a pub, and a golf course just a mile away.

Inside, there are four bedrooms sleeping eight people: three with double beds and one with a single, plus a fourth single room. A single bathroom serves the house. Two sitting rooms give you space to spread out—one has Freeview TV and Sky, the other doubles as a games room with a pool table and dartboard. The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking, and wifi, heating, electricity, bed linen and towels are included. No smoking throughout.

The Lincolnshire Wolds, an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, is accessible for walking and cycling. Inland, castles, country houses and market towns like Alford, Horncastle, Lincoln and Boston are within driving distance. Mablethorpe has Kids Adventure World; Skegness offers a larger range of seaside entertainment including a ferris wheel, animal farm and seal sanctuary.
