This cottage sits on a working arable farm in East Lothian, where the fields roll down towards the coast. Seton Sands beach is a short drive away, and the landscape here shifts between farmland and the golden stretches of sand that line this part of Scotland. Edinburgh is around 30 minutes by car, or you can reach Longniddry train station even faster. The National Museum of Flight is nearby too. Families often find the farm setting appeals—tractors work the fields, and occasionally animals graze the surrounding land.
The whole property is yours alone, arranged on a single floor with three bedrooms: one kingsize, one twin and one single. There's one shower room with a walk-in enclosure and heated towel rail. The living room has a woodburner and smart TV; the kitchen is fitted for proper cooking and includes a dishwasher, coffee machine and washing machine. Essentials like electricity, heating, bed linen, towels and wifi are covered. A travel cot and highchair are available, along with a fireguard. Parking fits two cars on site.
Outside, the garden has a firepit, BBQ and seating area, plus a bike store. One dog is welcome. The cottage does not permit smoking. Arrive after 3pm, depart by 10am.
