Beacon Farm - Kittiwake House
East Riding of Yorkshire

Flamborough's fishing heritage and dramatic coastline draw visitors year-round. The village sits on the East Yorkshire coast, where rugged cliffs frame sandy bays and walking routes lead to the RSPB sanctuary at Bempton. Bridlington's leisure facilities and wider beaches lie just 3 miles away. Kittiwake House is a converted barn with exposed stone walls and vaulted ceilings, sleeping eight across four bedrooms and three bathrooms. A superb sandy beach is 700 yards down the lane.
The property spreads across two floors. Ground level holds a living and dining room with a CD player and DVD, a kitchen equipped for proper cooking, and a utility room with a washing machine. The master bedroom has a kingsize bed and ensuite shower. Upstairs, a double bedroom and two further rooms—one with twin singles, one with bunks—share a family bathroom. Electricity, bed linen and towels are provided. Gas central heating and underfloor heating keep the place warm, and parking is ample on site. A garden area with barbecue faces out from the property. No smoking throughout.
The location suits families and groups wanting beach access without the bustle of the larger resorts. A 20-minute walk reaches Flamborough Head, where fishermen still work the harbour. One dog is welcome. The nearest pub is within a mile.
