Brian's Barns - Dip Tub Den is a converted barn on a working farm near Driffield in the East Riding. Everything is on the ground floor: a combined living and dining space with exposed beams, a wood-burning stove, and French doors to the garden; a country-style kitchen with electric oven, induction hob, dishwasher and washing machine; two bedrooms; and two bathrooms. The first bedroom has a super kingsize bed with an ensuite shower, while the second offers a zip-and-link super kingsize that can be set up as two singles instead. The main bathroom includes both a bath and separate shower cubicle.

The property comes with essentials covered: electricity, heating, bed linen, towels and wifi. Logs for the wood-burner are provided, as is a welcome pack. Outside, there's a private hot tub for four people, an enclosed lawned garden with patio and furniture, a bike store, and parking for two cars. One pet stays free of charge.
