Everything is on the ground floor: a king bed in one room, two singles in the other, and a shower room with a separate toilet cubicle. The open-plan living area has a gas fire and smart TV; the kitchen is fitted for cooking from scratch. Essentials like electricity, wi-fi, bed linen and towels are included in the price.

What makes this property distinctive is the private hot tub for four, set in the front garden with seating to take in the lake views. You have parking for two cars and a one-dog allowance. The grounds are shared with other on-site properties, and there is an unfenced lake in them. The nearest coast is Hornsea, a 15-minute drive away; Driffield is also close for shops and food.
