Tibthorpe is a small village in the Yorkshire Wolds, quiet enough that the lane itself carries almost no traffic. End Cottage sits at the very end of that lane, a renovated period property with countryside views and no neighbours beyond the owner's own home. It sleeps four across two bedrooms, each with a zip-and-link bed that can be split into singles, and each with its own ensuite bathroom.
The ground floor holds the main living space: a sitting room with a multi-fuel burner, sofas, and a 43-inch TV, plus a modern kitchen/dining room equipped for proper cooking. There's a utility room with a washing machine, a conservatory leading to the garden, and a galleried second living area upstairs. The enclosed garden is lawned with a sitting-out area, garden furniture, a summerhouse and barbecue; note that it slopes and has two steps in. Parking for one car is on site, with additional space on the road. Wi-Fi, electricity, bed linen, towels and fuel for the burner are all included. Smoking is not permitted.
The location suits couples and families wanting to explore the Wolds countryside without being in a town. The village hall at Tibthorpe is the nearest landmark.
