East Riding of Yorkshire

Ey Up is a converted barn from the 1600s, one of two holiday homes within the grounds of Grade II listed Dringhoe Hall. The building retains period character while offering modern comfort across five bedrooms and four bathrooms, arranged over two floors. It sleeps ten and comes as an entire property to yourselves, with space and privacy for a large group, family gathering or friends' weekend away. One well-behaved pet can stay at no extra cost.
The ground floor centres on an open-plan living and dining space with a fitted kitchen equipped for full self-catering—oven, hob, dishwasher, and everything else you need to cook proper meals. One bedroom with two single beds and an ensuite sits on this level. Upstairs, four more bedrooms include a kingsize, a double, and two rooms with twin singles; three have ensuites with shower cubicles, and there is a separate shower room. Electricity, wi-fi, bed linen and towels come as standard. Underfloor heating runs throughout. Outside, a large enclosed garden with patio and lawn offers space to spread out, with parking for five cars on site.
The location sits less than two miles from the coast at Skipsea. Local walks and nature reserves are within reach, and the property lies in countryside with quiet roads and open views. No smoking indoors.
