This single-storey cottage sits within a working orchard a short distance from the coast. Built on one level, it centres on an open-plan living space with a wood burner, dining area and fully equipped kitchen where you can cook proper meals. The bedroom has a king bed; the bathroom includes a bath with shower. A patio with garden furniture looks out over the grounds, and there's parking for one car on site. Electricity, heating, bed linen, towels and wifi are included, along with fuel for the wood burner to get you started.

Skipsea's sandy beach, local pubs and shops sit less than a mile away. The leisure park with its swimming pool and gym is two miles off. If you venture further, Bridlington and Scarborough offer traditional seaside appeal, while Bempton Cliffs nature reserve—home to puffins, guillemots and seals—rewards a visit. Inland, the North York Moors and The Wolds are accessible for a day out, and stately homes including Sledmere House, Sewerby Hall and Burton Agnes Hall lie within an hour's drive. The grounds include a fenced pond. Children under two cannot stay. No smoking.
