The Yorkshire Wolds roll right to the door of Farrington House—8 miles of walking terrain, small market towns like Driffield and Beverley, and country pubs are all within reach. The grounds themselves span 2 acres of wildlife meadow beyond an enclosed garden, making this a genuine base for families who want space to breathe and room to explore without going far.

Inside, the four bedrooms sleep 8: three doubles and one with twin singles, plus two bathrooms including an ensuite. The ground floor holds the main living spaces—a 50-inch television in the lounge, a separate reading room, and a kitchen-dining area fitted with a range, dishwasher and microwave. Both the lounge and kitchen have wood burners for winter evenings. Underfloor heating, bed linen, towels and wifi are included, along with initial fuel for the stoves. Private parking takes four cars; a bike store is on site.

This appeals to groups of friends or larger families wanting a self-contained house rather than a shared property. It's not suitable for smoking or hen and stag parties. One dog is welcome.
