Lily is a second-floor apartment in a converted Victorian townhouse, reached by 11 steps. You walk into an open-plan living space with a sofa and smart TV, a dining area, and a kitchen fitted with an electric cooker, induction hob, microwave and fridge-freezer. The bedroom has a king-size bed and its own smart TV. There is a shower room with a cubicle shower and toilet. Essentials including wi-fi, bed linen, towels and heating are provided, and there's a welcome pack on arrival.

The apartment sleeps two and sits less than two minutes' walk from Bridlington's harbour and beach. The town itself is lined with independent shops, cafés and traditional tea rooms where you can eat breakfast while watching fishing boats unload their catch. A public car park is half a mile away. Dogs are welcome at no extra cost.

From here you can explore the Flamborough Heritage Coastline and RSPB Bempton Cliffs to the north, or head inland to the rolling Yorkshire Wolds. Sewerby Hall, Burton Agnes Hall and Sledmere House are all within reach for a day trip. York and Castle Howard lie roughly an hour away by car. The apartment does not allow smoking.
