Hamilton Lodge

Hamilton Lodge is a substantial house with its own annexe, sleeping up to 12 across six bedrooms. The main building has a ground-floor living room and kitchen/dining room opening onto a sun room with garden access, plus a first-floor sitting room with a balcony. The annexe offers additional living space and a kitchenette. Three bathrooms are distributed across the property. All the essentials—heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and wifi—are covered, along with initial fuel for the multi-fuel burner.

The real draw is the setting. The property stands within an enclosed 1.75-acre garden with lawned areas and seating spaces. A public footpath runs from the far end of the garden down to Barmston Beach, which is dog-friendly. The surrounding area provides everything from seaside walks to family activities nearby. There is space for three cars on site. One pet is welcome.

The layout makes this work well for extended families or groups wanting to spread out: those needing more autonomy can use the annexe independently, while others occupy the main house. Children will find room to play outdoors; the enclosed garden and beach access mean there's plenty to do without leaving the immediate area.
