About Lobster Pot by Marstons Inn

Free on-site parking is a real plus at the Lobster Pot by Marstons Inn, given its spot on Kingsgate in Bridlington within easy reach of the seafront and town attractions. The hotel offers straightforward, comfortable accommodation with en-suite bathrooms, air conditioning and family and accessible rooms available, though some furnishings show their age in places.

There's an on-site restaurant and bar serving food throughout the day, with breakfast a particular strength, plus a garden and outdoor seating for warmer weather. Free WiFi, drinks in the room and 24 hour reception round out the practical side, and staff are consistently described as friendly and welcoming, giving the place a relaxed feel.

Outside, guests are well placed for golf, fishing, cycling and walking, along with watersports and a choice of nearby pubs and restaurants for evenings out. It's a dependable base for a Bridlington stay rather than a luxury one, with good food and easy parking doing a lot of the work.

Lovely hotel - similar in style to a travel lodge /holiday inn. Really quiet. A/C that works! Very comfy beds and good shower. We had an evening meal there and the food was spot on - I had the salad and it was delicious, really well-made. Hats off to the chef, Dani - thank you, you have real skill! Overall the staff are lovely, very helpful, friendly and welcoming. Sea is only 5min walk away. Will definitely return - thankyou!

A fair stay at the lobster pot with a few niggles. The room was reasonable in every way, comfy bed and clean but the bathroom could use a refresh and the toilet roll holder was broken which would have been an easy fix. The TV reception was poor, and 1 of the ceiling lights did not work. The service in the restaurant was okay, however I asked for a drink which I didn’t receive and was charged for, this was pointed out and removed. Food was okay, nothing memorable though. Breakfast was pleasant, a decent selection of cooked and continental breakfast. Overall a fair stay, nothing memorable and probably wouldn’t stay again, the staff were polite and helpful and had this not been the case then the stay would have been far less pleasant.

This was a business trip. The hotel was excellent! I would especially like to highlight the great soundproofing — the room was quiet and peaceful, making it easy to get a good night's sleep. There is a large parking area as well. Additionally, there is a place on-site where you can have breakfast and dinner.
