Kings Lodge

Kings Lodge is a four-bedroom house sleeping eight, located in the East Riding of Yorkshire near the beach. The ground floor centres on an open-plan living, kitchen and dining space with a wood-burning stove, induction hob, dishwasher and coffee machine, opening directly onto a private enclosed garden furnished with seating and a hot tub for four. A utility room with washing machine, separate WC, and second living area with television complete the layout downstairs.

Upstairs are three further bedrooms: one with a zip-and-link super kingsize bed and ensuite shower room, one with a kingsize bed and walk-in shower, and two more doubles. A family bathroom serves the remaining bedrooms. The house is laid out for groups or extended families rather than couples, with multiple entertaining spaces and enough bathrooms that guests aren't queuing. Bed linen, towels, wi-fi and electricity are included, along with initial wood for the stove. The garden has one step. One dog is welcome at no extra cost. Parking is available for five cars.
