Regent Cottage
East Riding of Yorkshire
Beverley's market square and Georgian architecture are within easy reach on foot from Regent Cottage, and the edge of the Yorkshire Wolds is close enough for a morning walk. The cottage sits on a quiet side street, far enough from the bustle but near enough to reach the town's shops, pubs and restaurants without a car. It's a practical base for exploring the area or simply spending time in the town itself.
The property is an end-terrace house with three bedrooms and two bathrooms, sleeping six. Ground floor holds an open-plan living, kitchen and dining space with bi-fold doors opening onto a private courtyard; a bedroom with zip-and-link bed (can be arranged as two singles); and a bathroom with both bath and shower. Upstairs are two further bedrooms, each a kingsize, with one having its own walk-in shower and the other sharing a Jack and Jill arrangement. The kitchen has what you need to cook properly—oven, hob, dishwasher, fridge-freezer—and a breakfast bar for casual meals. Underfloor heating, wi-fi, bed linen and towels are included. The courtyard has garden furniture and a built-in barbecue, plus a private hot tub for four people. Two cars can park on site, with additional road parking available. The property is non-smoking.
