ovely site, very new, so still has development being done to it. The caravan itself was extremely clean and comfortable. The site is peaceful and lovely to walk around. Nice play area for children, nice lakes to sit by. No clubhouse or shop which is fine for us but others sometimes want this. Very local to Beverley Town which is a lovely town to walk around and has lots of cafes etc. It’s not too far to drive to get to local seaside towns. Overall very happy and very reasonably priced. We had to pay a refundable deposit which was returned when stated.

I would say this is more of a static lodge site, we were directed to a concrete pad designed for a lodge. Electric included but no water on our pitch. Witnessed a couple of caravans driving off as they were unable to negotiate the steep curbs onto the pads. Nice clean toilets, showers £2.50 which is a bit expensive.

Think the showers should be free, most xamp sites you go on now have free showers. Also area for dumping rubbish not clearly marked .good location for walk into Beverly lovely town center

Excellent staff ensuring site is very well maintained, also very friendly and helpful The site is under development but the pitches are all hardstanding, well kept and clean
