Patrington Haven Leisure Park sits in the East Riding of Yorkshire countryside, offering a base for exploring the region's coast and villages. Serenity at Park Lane is a two-bedroom, two-bathroom lodge that sleeps four and welcomes one pet at no extra cost. Everything is on the ground floor, accessed via three steps to the entrance.

Inside, the open-plan living space has French doors onto an enclosed decking area, a smart TV with Netflix, and an electric fire. The kitchen is equipped for proper cooking—gas cooker, dishwasher, fridge-freezer and microwave. One bedroom has a king-size bed with ensuite shower; the other has two single beds. The main bathroom combines a bath with shower over. Wi-Fi, heating, electricity, bed linen and towels are included, along with a welcome pack.

The back garden is private and fully fenced, with a hot tub for four and gas barbecue. The leisure park itself has a shared heated indoor pool (20m x 10m), gym and children's play area. There is parking for two cars. The property is non-smoking.
