The ground floor is an open-plan living space: a large kitchen with a full range of appliances, a dining area, and a sitting room centred around a woodburner. A games room with a pool table and board games occupies the same level, useful for keeping children entertained indoors. Upstairs, the main bedroom has a kingsize bed and ensuite; the other two bedrooms hold a double and a triple (bunk plus single). Essentials like heating, electricity, linen and towels are included, along with wifi. One dog stays free. There's an enclosed courtyard at the rear with garden furniture and a barbecue, and private parking for one car with additional on-street spaces available. No smoking inside the property. Families with younger children may request a travel cot and highchair.
