The Loft

Ten acres of paddocks and woodland frame The Loft, a substantial house designed for large groups gathering in the East Riding countryside. The property occupies a small holiday complex where natural grounds provide space to spread out, with two acres set aside for picnics and an enclosed paddock shared with other guests. A children's play area is also available on the wider site.

Nine bedrooms and nine bathrooms mean everyone can have their own ensuite; most rooms have kingsize beds with a few singles. Ground-floor bedrooms open onto the garden via patio doors. Upstairs, a spacious living room with bi-folding doors leads to a balcony. The kitchen is fitted for cooking at scale, with three ovens, two hobs, two dishwashers and two fridge-freezers. An enclosed garden with decked patio, terrace and barbecue completes the outdoor space. Two private hot tubs for six people sit within the grounds.

Parking for six cars is on site. Pets are welcome. The essentials—heating, electricity, bed linen and towels—are included, along with wifi. No smoking throughout. One water hazard lies 88 yards from the property.
