The Old Coach House

East Riding of Yorkshire

View on Google Maps

Between Bridlington and Hornsea, the coastline here draws walkers and seaside enthusiasts year-round. Bridlington itself is a working harbour town with Victorian charm and Georgian streets; Hornsea offers outlet shopping and Mere, Yorkshire's largest freshwater lake, which draws birdwatchers. Inland, Beverley—a 20-minute drive away—has a market town character, stone-carved Minster and independent shops along cobbled streets. A short walk from The Old Coach House reaches the beach at Ulrome.

This converted coach house sits on 1.5 acres with a duck pond you can watch from the patio. Inside, it's one bedroom and one shower room; the ground floor is open-plan with a kitchen (electric cooker, dishwasher, microwave) and living area with TV and doors onto the garden. A king bed is upstairs. Essentials—electricity, heating, wi-fi, bed linen and towels—are included. There is private parking for one car, and the garden has three steps and a pond. No smoking.
