1 Chantry Cottage comes ready to use. The kitchen has an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge and dishwasher, so you can cook properly or keep things simple. Heating is oil-fired central heating, with a woodburner in the living room for extra warmth on colder evenings—fuel included to get you started. Wi-Fi, electricity, bed linen and towels are all provided, which means you arrive to a functioning home rather than a to-do list.

Upstairs are two bedrooms: one with a king bed and one single. The shower room is on the ground floor along with the kitchen and living area. Outside, an enclosed garden with courtyard and furniture gives you a private space, and there is parking for one car on site. The cottage is non-smoking.

Tunstall village sits between Woodbridge and Aldeburgh in the Suffolk Coast and Heaths Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. The Green Man Inn is 200 yards away and serves food regularly. Tunstall Forest and the neighbouring Rendlesham Forest offer walking and cycling routes, while Snape Maltings Concert Hall and the village of Orford are within reach. The coast is nine miles south.
