First time staying at Orchard Campsite with friends and children and did not disappoint! Such a lovely relaxed atmosphere and having the freedom with no check in / check out times and being able to use firepits really makes a difference as a lot of campsites have strict rules on these. The site is very easy to find and lovely and green! We had beautiful plot right next to the river, all the staff who we came across were very helpful and the shop was reasonably priced - nice to meet Casper the camp cat! Shower and toilet facilities were in good condition. Thank you for a lovely stay we will be back soon! :)

If possible, would give 0 stars! Visited this place last year with friends! False advertising for fishing, rivers etc.... ! Toilets opening right next to tables etc to eat. Absolutely appalling service from the management when trying to rectify problems. After politely advising that the website was somewhat misleading and trying to discuss like adults, we were advised to email in to management with our concerns. After a polite email, we were totally ignored, & did not even attempt to try & help in anyway possible. A second email also went ignored. 14 nights that had to be paid for upfront, were reduced to 3 nights so we could actually offer our children a holiday as originally planned, elsewhere, that catered for fishing etc... Management & staff were very childish and very unprofessional on the phone when we called up to try and resolve issues after we left. Would avoid at all costs! My 7 year old at the time had better manners & could teach them a thing or two. We have had over 50 different visits over the years in our caravan & I can honestly say I was in disbelief & appalled that an owner of a campsite could be so outright rude & disrespectful.

Lovely campsite! Came away for the home ed camp from Norfolk with my family and had a lovely stay. Some of our friends joined us too and had a lovely stay. Staff are very friendly and welcoming which is always appreciated, and the site itself is beautiful. The toilets needed a bit of a clean though 🙈 however, i understand that this is partially down to other guests too, which is a shame.. Very relaxed and chilled though, no rushing to pack up (always helpful). Would definitely come back!

A nice family-owned Campsite nestled in the beautiful Suffolk Countryside. A friendly ambience with the personal touch. Your can pitch wherever you want around the site and campfires are allowed that other campsites do not offer which makes it unique. The owner,Alan, is a great guy and very accommodating. A great laid- back experience.
