Serene Sands is a three-bedroom townhouse in Felixstowe, sleeping six across three twin rooms. Two bathrooms—one en-suite to the top-floor bedroom, one family bathroom on the first floor—mean everyone can manage their own schedule. The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking; it opens via French doors onto a wooden terrace and small enclosed garden, which catches the late sun. A separate ground-floor toilet is handy when the bathrooms are in use. Wi-Fi, electricity, bed linen and towels are included; heating is provided through the winter.
The layout gives families and groups genuine flexibility. The three identical twin bedrooms mean no one's pushed into a cramped box room, and the ground-floor living space is separate from the sleeping areas. On-site parking takes the stress out of exploring the seafront on foot or by bike; Martello Park and the promenade lie within easy reach. The setting is convenient rather than remote—shops, restaurants and the Spa Pavilion are close by—but you're still only steps from the beach itself.

We had a wonderful 2 week stay at Serene Sands! The house itself was clean, tidy and spacious. There was 6 of us staying, two adult couples and 2 children and there was no overcrowding! Prior to the stay I had questions about the home and they were immediately answered by Benji, the homeowner! Fantastic service :) The location of the cottage was amazing. The park in front was so easy to get to and the children loved it. Having the sea so close was great, we got to walk every morning. And the kids loved the proximity to the arcades! We can’t wait to stay again!

Only had a long weekend but found the house clean and very homely. We had a small problem with the DVD player which was rectified very quickly after making a phone call. Loved the location and would definitely pass on to friends. Very accommodating.

We received exceptional service from the very beginning of our reservation. The house itself is spotless throughout, comfortable, and furnished with everything you could possibly need. Great beds, pillows that feel like clouds—truthfully, the photographs don't do it credit at all. The experience of waking up to a stunning view of the ocean, listening to the waves, and then going for an early morning stroll down the promenade or heading to the beach is just indescribable. As it was for us, this home would be perfect for a family, but it would also be a haven for anyone wanting some peace and quiet away from the pressures of daily life. A wonderful time had by all and we very much hope to return again in the near future.
