Curlew Cottage

East Suffolk's quiet villages sit within easy reach of the coast, and Curlew Cottage puts you near enough to walk to the beach in under ten minutes. The cottage itself is recently refurbished throughout, sleeping four across a kingsize and twin bedroom, each with its own TV. Both have good storage; the main bedroom includes an ensuite with bath and shower. Downstairs, a shower room serves the rest of the property.

The layout works well for relaxed stays. A living room with two sofas and woodburner opens to a dining room where games and local information are at hand. The kitchen is compact but fully fitted with an electric oven, hob, dishwasher, washing machine and the usual small appliances—everything needed to cook properly or grab a quick meal. Wifi and all heating and lighting are included. A welcome pack arrives with you.

The enclosed back garden is paved and gravelled, with a dining table, loungers and a gas BBQ for outdoor meals. Afternoon sun makes it a genuine suntrap. One dog is welcome. The village has pubs and shops within walking distance, and on-street parking is available outside. No smoking inside the property.
