Dormers

You arrive at Dormers into a bright living room with French doors opening directly onto the garden—a private, fully enclosed space with seating and furniture. This is an end-of-terrace house on a small development, quiet and set back from the main road. The ground floor centres on the kitchen-diner, equipped for proper cooking with electric oven, gas hob, dishwasher and all the basics. There's a separate toilet, and a utility room with a washing machine. Upstairs are three bedrooms: a super king (or two singles on request), two further singles, and a bunk room for children. One bathroom serves the floor.

The essentials—heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and wifi—are covered. Parking for two cars is on site, and there's a bike store. The town centre is within walking distance; Leiston has a steam museum, leisure centre with swimming pool, independent cinema, and the usual range of shops and pubs. Aldeburgh's beach is a short drive, as is Thorpeness. Minsmere Bird Reserve is three miles away. One dog stays free.

No smoking inside. Arrive after 4pm, depart before 10am.
