Eight bedrooms and eight bathrooms accommodate up to 20 guests, with Super-King beds that convert to twins where needed. The layout centres on a well-equipped kitchen featuring multiple ovens and hobs, anchored by a generous island, with dining space flowing indoors and out. An alfresco kitchen sits ready for pizza and grilling in the garden, while a cinema room and yoga studio occupy quieter corners of the house.

The property's signature feature is the fifth-floor living room, which wraps around the entire tower and opens to views across the Suffolk Heritage Coast. Below, the private landscaped garden contains a heated swimming pool, an eight-seat wood-fired hot tub, and a sauna. Electricity, bed linen and towels are provided.
