The Woodshed is a one-bedroom conversion on a working farm near Ubbeston, designed for couples wanting seclusion without isolation. The single open-plan space downstairs combines living, dining and kitchen, with a wood burner for cooler months and a patio to sit out. Upstairs, a super king bed and shower room complete the layout. Electricity, Wi-Fi, bed linen and towels are all included, along with initial logs for the burner.

Ten acres of grounds surround the property—shared with two other converted barns on site but otherwise unspoilt—with a fenced pond 100 yards away. One parking space is reserved for your car. The village of Ubbeston lies just off the main tourist route through Suffolk, putting you within reach of Framlingham's castle and independent shops, or Southwold's pier and beach huts fifteen miles to the east. Walking country and country pubs are immediate neighbours. The nearest shops are two and a half miles away; pubs and restaurants three and three-quarter miles. No smoking is permitted inside.
