Heath View

Heath View comes fully equipped for a self-catering stay. Electricity, Wi-Fi, bed linen and towels are all included. The kitchen has an electric oven and hob, dishwasher, microwave and coffee machine, so you can cook anything from a quick breakfast to a full dinner. Two separate living spaces mean families can spread out—one has an open fire and a 40-inch Smart TV, the other a 50-inch Smart TV and PlayStation 4 for quieter evenings or rainy days. Washing machine and freezer are tucked away in the utility room.

Four bedrooms sleep seven across a king-size bed, two doubles and a single, with one bathroom upstairs. The ground floor has its own toilet. Outside, a private enclosed garden suits families with children or pets, with sitting-out furniture, a barbecue and firepit. Parking for two cars is on site. The cottage sits near Westleton in East Suffolk, within reach of the Minsmere RSPB reserve and the Suffolk coast. One well-behaved pet stays free of charge. There is no smoking indoors.
