The main living space dominates the ground floor: vaulted oak beams create genuine volume overhead, a woodburner anchors the seating area, and the open-plan kitchen, dining and breakfast section handles feeding a crowd without fuss. You also get a games room with pool table, plus a separate cloakroom. Upstairs is quieter territory—a galleried landing, six more bedrooms, and enough bathrooms that people won't queue. Three bedrooms have kingsize beds with ensuite showers; two more are kingsize without ensuite; two rooms hold twin singles. Bed linen, towels, Wi-Fi and heating are included. The kitchen comes properly equipped: electric oven and hob, range, microwave, dishwasher, American fridge.
