Downstairs, the living and dining space opens onto a kitchen fitted with an electric cooker, fridge and washing machine. The first bedroom, a kingsize double, connects to a shower room. Upstairs, the second kingsize bedroom completes the layout. Essentials like electricity, bed linen, towels and wifi are included.

The village itself sits within reach of Southwold, Aldeburgh and the RSPB reserve at Minsmere. A pub serving food throughout the day stands within a short walk, alongside independent antique shops and a local café. The surrounding countryside and churchyard are easy to explore on foot. On-road parking is available; smoking is not permitted inside. One well-behaved pet stays free of charge.
