This detached barn conversion sleeps 12 across five bedrooms and three bathrooms, making it suitable for large family groups or celebrations. The layout spreads across two floors: ground level holds a living and dining room with bi-folding doors onto the garden, a separate sitting room, a kitchen with breakfast area, and a games room with pool table. Upstairs are the remaining bedrooms, including a galleried super kingsize room and an ensuite. One bedroom connects to another, which may suit families travelling together.

The property stands on four acres of natural grounds with an enclosed lawned garden and sitting area. A pond lies 20 yards from the house. Wifi, electricity, bed linen and towels are included; the kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering. One well-behaved pet is welcome, and a travel cot and highchair are available on request. No smoking throughout.

Halesworth itself is minutes away, with Framlingham and its 12th-century castle nearby. The Suffolk coast—Aldeburgh and Southwold among them—is within reach for a day trip. The surrounding countryside offers plenty of scope for walking and cycling.
