Lovely location,and a very warm welcome. The rooms were great,very clean and well stocked with lots of lovely extras ,everything thought of. Breakfast was amazing,a fabulous cooked breakfast and a great selection of fruit,muffins and cheese,everything was displayed well and fresh. I would highly recommend staying here. The host was very welcoming and the overall accommodation was very clean and well thought out.

Unfortunately only stayed for 1 night, would've happily stayed for more. Friendly welcome, comfortable quiet room, good nights sleep, topped off with a perfect breakfast (2x full english and 1x scrambled eggs and smoked salmon on toast along with substantial choice of cereals, fruit, yoghurt etc.) Next time in Eastbourne would not bother to look to stay anywhere but at Ebor. Thankyou

Great place to stay. Highly recommend. Hard to find decent place to stay with a reasonable price. This place feels like someone’s loved home more than a business. Breakfast is so amazing. Thank you to everyone who is in charge.

I stayed here with my partner last night, the room was spotless, bedding was super soft, staff were very friendly, breakfast was lovely with great variety, couldn't fault it! We'll be back 😀
