About Pevensey Bay Holiday Park
Pevensey Bay Holiday Park sits on the shingle beach at Pevensey Bay in East Sussex, with direct access to the shore. The park offers lodges and caravans set among the seafront landscape, and guests find the accommodation spacious and well-maintained. A swimming pool is on site, along with showers and other facilities, though these can occasionally be unavailable.
The setting is the main draw: you wake up to the beach on your doorstep, with the shingle foreshore and sea views. The park suits families and groups wanting a seaside base without the journey into town, and the value tends to be reasonable for a beachfront location. Staff are noted as helpful. The pebble beach itself is just a few steps away.

What visitors say
Only good thing they have a great park star Adam! The luxury lodge was not luxury at all, dirty sofas and carpets, the furnishings were peeling away, rust all in bathroom and mould, and then the shower in en suite the pole collapsed and fell on me and all the park did was give half price only on food! The mattress had a big dink in it too which took 2 days to sort, and then the entertainment there wasn’t any, clubhouse don’t even have much of a dance floor for the kids, it’s just a mere walkway if anything, the place was mainly empty and Adam carrying the park and keeping it upbeat and also the pool isn’t manned! No lifeguard!

Love it here and mostly returning people there. Bus ( 99 ) short walk to road, takes you into Eastbourne or the other way Hastings. Walk along beach path ( 20 minutes ) to Sovereign Harbour or to Asda, B&M, and more. ALDI is 5 minutes or less in car. Fish and chips in Pevensey 5 minutes drive but very popular At Sovereign Harbour you can get the road train, not sure what times 🤔

Overall an excellent t place and have been a great times in the last year or two. The site is well managed and kept clean and manicured. The accommodation is exceptional and again, very clean and well managed. Any nigglea are promptly dealt with and I will be back again for sure, it is lovely. My only recommendation is for the site to look and cost and quality of the clubhouse area. It's nicely decorated and generally clean, but drinks and expensive and this preventse using it more each time I visit. Similarly with food, prices are quite high, and when thereares so many other choices locally, I feel they could try and do lower the prices a bit or have more regular deals so it gets used more. Overall though, a fabulous place and will happily return again soon.

Stayed at the bay. Nice and clean until you look under furniture. ( the dogs toy went under the footstool) No wifi although it was advertised as having it. Which meant we Couldn't use Netflix so we only had freeview all week. Pillows are extremely thin. Around The bins area on the park had litter everywhere. Nice walk to the beach.
