Lovely property in a nice part of Eastbourne, right by the beach with a great view from the front rooms and street parking right outside. Rooms are beautifully kept and Gaynor is a fantastic hostess - nothing is too much trouble and she makes a breakfast to die for. Highly recommended.

Gaynor has been Very welcoming to me and my partner. The cleaning standards are fantastic here, the breakfast has a lot of options and caters to everyone. Rooms are very well equipped and homely. Dining area is stunning. Location very close to the beach and easy parking. Would definitely stay again.

My partner and I had a wonderful 2 night stay at Number Ninety One in room 2 which was just gorgeous. Our room overlooked the sea and the interior of the bedroom and bathroom was so chic! The room had everything we needed, a bath and shower, comfy bed, sofa and small dining table with plenty of towels, bathrobes, shampoo conditioners, a variety of coffee and teabags. The host Gaynor was so so lovely and prepared the most delicious breakfast for us, we can't wait to come back and visit her again.
