A truly wonderful and cosy escape! My girlfriend and I recently spent two nights at Luna Domes, and we were absolutely blown away by the entire experience. We stayed in the Scotney dome, and it was wonderful from start to finish. The setup is stunning. We loved relaxing in the beautiful, soft bed while looking out over the field, and we were even lucky enough to watch deer frolicking just outside. Inside, the wood-burning stove kept the space perfectly cosy and created such a relaxing atmosphere. The evenings were just as magical. We loved lying in the mezzanine bed, gazing up at the stars through the skylight. We also spent plenty of time relaxing in the wood-fired hot tub, which was lovely and hot. If you are looking for a peaceful and luxurious glamping getaway, we cannot recommend Luna Domes highly enough!

We had a rare child free night, decided to book a small getaway for the night. Luna domes was wonderful, quiet, peaceful and overall beautiful. The domes were immaculate and the log burners warmed up the room fast. The instructions booklet and QR codes made everything easy to use. Would definitely visit again

Went to celebrate mothers day and my birthday with my husband and children for the weekend and we had a lovely time! Beautiful surroundings, very peaceful and calm, hot tub was fab, loved the fireplaces throughout. Highly recommend!

Extremely disappointing experience. DO NOT BOOK if you are travelling with children during the cold season, unless you want to spend the night trying to heat a very small, poorly insulated space. We booked what we believed was Valentine’s night, but the system mistakenly allocated our booking to the following weekday. We did not spot the error and arrived the night before Valentine’s Day, unaware of the issue. We were checked in without proper verification, which caused an overbooking with another couple. We ate what we assumed was a welcome food arrangement, only to be told it was for the other guests and were asked to leave. Returning the following week was only offered with a £150 penalty. No reasonable solution, refund, or date adjustment was provided. The dome is not suitable for children in winter: cramped, poorly insulated, with very basic bedding and a low-quality second mattress. The temperature inside was around 13°C. The owner’s approach was unprofessional and lacked any empathy. Families should be warned about both the conditions and the service before booking. We paid £362.49 and received nothing but stress and disappointment. Hotels.com offered a small £50 goodwill refund; the property itself offered nothing.
