What visitors say
We had an amazing time visiting. Arrived for opening on a weekday, no queue to get in, lots of car parking available. Kept our toddler entertained for a good few hours, great tanks to see fish, reptiles and spiders. Lovely outdoor play area also with picnic benches for lunch. Main areas are pram accessible but some levels do have steps, if you want to view certain things. Huge walk through tunnel with lots of different fish and sharks to see.

Lots of car park space, very friendly staff. We got there early and it was quiet which helped my autostic grandson. His favourite thing was the tunnel so we walked through that several times. This isn't a full day trip as you can get around everything in 30 minutes but it's lovely in there. Got a cafe and gift shop. It has a lift if you have a wheelchair or pram. Spacious and a massive viewing tank. Overall it. Was a nice trip out but it wasn't a long enough day for us but thats a personal thing you could definitely make half a day of it.

Having read several disappointing reviews previously we were uncertain what to expect, however we were pleasantly surprised and had a fantastic visit with our grandsons. Despite being during the school holidays it was not too busy and we had plenty of time and space to enjoy all the various areas. We particularly enjoyed sitting beside the windows in the cafe area and watching all the sea life swimming past. The play area outside is also exceptionally good and a great area for picnics
