I went to the cinema today for the first ever time with my son he is autistic and he ended up not being able to watch the movie and being quite upset there was 3 lovely ladies who worked there (I forgot to get there names) but they was absolutely amazing with my son , he left his teddy bear and glasses in the cinema and we didn’t want to make a fuss looking for them as the movie was still playing but the ladies went straight in there and got them for him , they made us feel so welcome and made my son feel so comfortable to the point where he gave one of them a cuddle witch he never does! , I cannot explain how thankful I am for them and that they was there and helped cheer my son up , they really are 3 amazing women and I hope they get to see this again thank you to them🫶🏻

What amazing customer service! We came on Sunday to watch the new Toy Story 5, but I'd accidentally booked the tickets for the wrong date. My little boy was absolutely devastated. I was just about to buy another set of tickets for today when the gentleman serving our food kindly said it was okay and that they could swap the tickets over as long as I had the confirmation email. I showed him the email, and he changed the date for us with no hassle at all. He was so kind and understanding, and he really turned what could have been a very upsetting day into a happy one. Thank you so much for going above and beyond – it was truly appreciated!

Been coming here a few months now. Staff are lovely, screens are a good size, seats are comfortable, generally the place is clean (have spotted a few bits behind seats, but I guess time is a factor) I find the drinks holders a bit low down, which makes it hard to get smaller drinks or coffee! Toilets are exceptional, very clean and well looked after. The only small irritation is a member of staff coming in with an infra red camera thing to check the audience aren't filming or using their phones, it can be really distracting, and as it's obvious what they are doing, anyone doing something wrong has plenty of time to stop! Otherwise it's a brilliant cinema and we will be back.

A good cinema where we regularly use our free sky tickets. Generally very clean but Occasionally not (sticky floors is a common issue) and can be under staffed at the food counter.

People say this cinema offers cheap entrance tickets and has good screens. They also highlight the friendly and helpful staff, as well as the very clean and well-maintained toilets.
Some reviews mention the seats can be neglected.
