What an experience! Went to see The Odyssey last night to find film delayed because of power cut. Customers advised to stay in lobby to keep them safe until power restored. Got into cinema and all was good for first 5 minutes, then another cut. Staff worked quickly to get this resolved and film was underway after 45mins. Unfortunetly 10 MINUTES before end if film it cut out again 😭. Staff responded very professionally, empathetic and helpful, especially the lady manager. All staff apologised and manager quickly sorted out refunds and apology to everyone. Staff especially the manager should be acknowledged for the situation they tried to resolve when this was out of their control. Well done to everyone involved

We had a fantastic time at the Omniplex in Clydebank. It was great seeing the place after its brand-new renovations and the whole cinema looks brilliant. Everything is clean, modern and really comfortable. The MAXX screen was incredible and easily one of the best cinema experiences I’ve had in a while. The food was decent, although it could have had a bit more flavour. The buttered popcorn, however, was spot on and the pick and mix was absolutely dynamite. Overall, it was a cracking trip to the cinema with a top-notch screen, lovely surroundings and great snacks. Definitely deserves five stars.

7pm showing of Spider-Man on 2/08/26. Packed cinema that was dangerously hot and humid. Lots of people getting up and out for air - disrupting those around them and also ruining their own cinema experience because of ridiculous conditions created by omniplex. Staff member said it’s “just a problem they have” - very well but don’t sell tickets if this is an ongoing issue that requires maintenance. Also staff forgot to turn the lights off until a customer left the cinema in the opening scene to remind them. Venue needs ventilation issue fixed, and a robust staff training plan.

Amazing experience, would highly recommend - this was my first time in since the refurb and it was so lovely! Comfy seats, excellent sound and picture, and the popcorn is still as good! I'd like to make special mention as well to the member of staff who helped me (I didn't get her name unfortunately!). I attended the 14:40 showing of Send Help on Monday 9th Feb - she was serving on the till at the time - I am disabled and have to use a walking stick - and she helped me so much by carrying my popcorn and drink in for me and was so nice and friendly - getting out and about can be a real challenge for me and it was so good to be made to feel so welcome, so thank you, and I'm looking forward to coming back!
