We had a great time, but the value for money was a bit low. The two games we booked were over quite quickly. I’d say it’s worth a visit if you have five or more players.

Great new look to the place. Much more to do there now. Nice new bowling alleys . Air hockey and pool tables. A soft play area and arcade machines. We had a great time. Honesty works for the good and the bad though. The service was slow and we did not receive everything we paid for, the food was average being generous. Adult meals were like children’s snacks. Staff levels appeared low which may have contributed to the missed food and slow service. We will go again but we definitely would not eat there.

Visited with family today. A really positive experience. We didn't prebook, just turned up and all was fine. Really friendly and helpful staff. Stayed for food and drinks which were good quality. Lots of activities to choose from - really good facilities, including the loos! Had a good time and would return in the future.

We threw a laser tag party for our daughter at 3pm today. While the actual laser tag activity seemed enjoyable for the kids, the coordination across the the service team was appalling. We were not provided a table for the party, and it was unclear where we were supposed to sit. We asked on arrival when to put in our food orders and were told to do this at the end of the laser tag session. While waiting for the children to finish, we noticed a party next to us were getting quite frustrated with their wait for food, so we decided to put in the food order at 3:20. The children finished promptly at 4:00, at which point we had to chase the service team for squash for the kids. We then had to continuously to chase for an update on our food order which wasn't delivered to the table until 4:45. By this point many of the party children had parents waiting to collect them. We felt the quality of service we received today was totally unacceptable. It's clear the Exeter branch of Ten Pin has not coped well with their new expanded offering. Sadly we will not be returning, and have advised others to steer clear for parties.
