Exeter's Quay and cathedral quarter sit within walking distance of Cliffside Cottage, along with independent shops, cafés and markets throughout the city centre. The Devon coast is also reachable for a day trip. A pub lies within a mile, and the train station is close by for onward travel.

The cottage is a two-bedroom, one-bathroom property sleeping four. Downstairs holds a living room with Smart TV, a dining room, and a kitchen equipped for proper cooking—oven, hob, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine included. The bathroom has both a bath and a separate shower. Upstairs are two bedrooms: one with a double bed, the other with two singles that can be linked into a double on request. A private courtyard garden opens from the kitchen, offering a quiet spot away from the street. Heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi are all covered. No smoking inside.
