An enclosed garden and patio space mean there is outdoor room to spread out, and a heated pool extends usability through cooler months.

The property sits on the Hamble's banks within a private estate, with river views and a jetty of your own. Inside, a wood-burning stove anchors the open-plan living area, which flows into a dining space and a conservatory looking out onto the gardens and water. A separate utility room handles laundry logistics. The setting is peaceful and waterside, yet close enough to sailing villages and coastal attractions to explore without effort. One well-behaved pet is welcome. Smoking is not permitted indoors.
