Checked into our room this evening was greeted by a young lady at reception called Grace! She gave us our room key etc I asked for the nearest shop for a bottle of water and she handed me one from our back as I can tell she could see I’ve been at work all dirty etc and didn’t want to go back out again at 20:30. When came to the room notice one of the beds wasn’t made told reception (Grace) she immediately apologised and came and made the bed straight away after I insisted I’d do it but she took over straight away. I think Graces hard work and professionalism and kindness should be noticed and hope she gets the credit she deserves. Thank you Grace and keep it up the great work ⭐️⭐️

This is one of the finest hotels I have had the pleasure of staying in. The rooms are impeccably clean and thoughtfully designed, and the reception staff are very welcoming. Its location is excellent, with ample parking available, and it offers a peaceful and quiet environment. The Wi-Fi service is notably reliable, especially when compared to other establishments. After a long day of travel, it is truly a pleasure to rest in such a comfortable setting. I highly recommend it.

No one site bar or restaurant, only a breakfast room and a filthy TGI Fridays across the carpark . Breakfast was not a relaxing experience listening to the 2 servers discuss their life across the restaurant. We booked for 2 nights but stayed 1 as I did not want to start hunting about for somewhere to eat .

During the summer the thermostat on the wall didn’t work so I walked in to two fans on full blast essentially blowing hot air around. It was one of the worst nights sleep I’ve ever had. The room itself was ok. It wasn’t the cleanest which was disappointing and when I took a soft pillow to use it smelt a bit musty so I used my t-shirt as a pillow cover so I didn’t have to put my face on it. The absolute redeeming factor was the staff member that checked me in. He couldn’t do more to accommodate me and was very helpful. I travel to Fareham frequently for work and will be avoiding the Premier Inn in the future.
