Booked a return trip online about an hour before the outward crossing. Simple and straightforward. We have heavy e-bikes and noted that it was requested to remove the batteries and any luggage which we did.Christian and other crew members did all the lifting and stowed our bikes professionally and carefully. We had booked a 16:30 returned trip but got back early. There was sufficient room and once again the crew were great and allowed us on and again did all the heavy lifting. Great service from all the ferry staff. Many thanks.
