Emsdorf Lodge

Emsdorf Lodge works well for families needing space, couples after a seaside escape, or small groups seeking a whole property to themselves. The lodge sits within landscaped grounds on the Fife Coast, with views toward the Firth of Forth. It's purpose-built with accessibility in mind throughout: ground-floor bedroom with profiling bed and ceiling hoist, wet room with shower and grab rails, separate toilet, and step-free access to the garden.

The layout centres on an open-plan ground floor where the kitchen, dining and living areas flow together, with patio doors opening onto a sitting area. Upstairs are two further bedrooms—one with a zip-and-link bed that converts to doubles or singles, the other with two singles. A full bathroom with both bath and shower cubicle serves the upper floor. Essentials like electricity, heating, wi-fi, bed linen and towels are included. You have parking for two cars on site, and a bike store is available. One dog is welcome. The property is no-smoking.

Arrive after 4pm and depart by 10:30am. The grounds are shared with four other lodges on the same site, and the terrain includes some sloping banks in places.
