Lundin Lodge suits families, groups of friends, or anyone needing accessible self-catering accommodation. The four-bedroom lodge sleeps eight across two floors, with parking for two cars and one dog welcome. Built as part of Homelands Trust in the East Neuk of Fife, it offers the essentials—heating, electricity, linen, towels and superfast wifi—plus a garden with seating area within half an acre of landscaped grounds shared with other on-site properties.
The ground floor contains an open-plan living, dining and kitchen space with patio doors to the garden, two twin bedrooms each with an electric profiling bed and ceiling hoist, a wet room with shower and separate bath (both with hoists and grab rails), plus a utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer. Upstairs are two more bedrooms: one with a zip-and-link super king bed that can split into two singles, and another with two single beds. A bathroom with bath and shower cubicle completes the first floor. The kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering. Travel cots and highchairs are available if needed. No smoking is permitted throughout.
The lodge sits within grounds that slope in places. Bike storage is on site. This is purpose-built accommodation designed with accessibility in mind, making it suitable for those with mobility needs, long-term health conditions, or disabilities.
