Families, couples and groups of up to six will find Keil works well as a base in the East Neuk of Fife. The lodge is built with accessibility in mind throughout: a ground-floor bedroom with ceiling hoist, profiling bed and adjacent wet room with walk-in shower sit alongside a first-floor bedroom with zip-and-link super king bed (or two singles on request) and full bathroom. Two bathrooms mean no morning queues. The open-plan living space opens to a south-facing garden where you can sit with views across towards Largo Bay and the Firth of Forth.
The kitchen has what you need for self-catering—electric oven, induction hob, dishwasher, microwave. Essentials like electricity, bed linen, towels and wifi are covered. A washing machine and tumble dryer sit in the utility room. You have private parking for two cars on site and access to bike storage. One well-behaved pet is welcome. A range of specialist equipment—from portable hoists to wheelchairs and shower chairs—is available free on request; a travel cot and highchair can also be arranged.
Keil is one of four lodges within Homelands, a charitable trust offering accessible self-catering accommodation, and sits next to the Paxton Centre community hub. The garden has sloping banks. No smoking throughout. Check in is after 4pm and checkout before 10.30am.

Gorgeous nature walk with a beautiful stream hidden in the trees, visited here just as we entered Autumn and it was breathtaking! Car park that we used is a little small but the area doesn't seem that popular anyway - definitely recommend

We were staying in a cottage near Lundin Links and a local we met on Lundin Links beach recommended a trip to Keills Den. He assured us our dog would love a trip there. We went today and thoroughly enjoyed our walk through the woodland. The local was right...Alfie had a whale of a time!
