Massney

Massney is a contemporary lodge designed with accessibility at its heart, located within the East Neuk of Fife near Lundin Golf Club. The property sits on landscaped grounds with a south-facing garden opening onto views across Largo Bay towards the Lothians, with parking for two cars on site.

Downstairs, an open-plan living and dining area flows into a kitchen with washing machine and tumble dryer. A ground-floor bedroom contains two single beds and connects to a wet room with shower. Upstairs, a second bedroom has a zip-and-link super king bed that can be split into two singles. The main bathroom includes a bath with shower. Essentials like electricity, heating, bed linen, towels and wifi are included. A travel cot and highchair are available to request.

The lodge comes equipped with fixed accessibility features including a ceiling tracking hoist in the ground-floor wet room and a profiling bed with specialist mattress. A range of portable equipment—shower trolleys, portable hoists, specialist chairs and wheelchairs—is available free of charge. The garden has a patio and furniture; a bike store is on hand. No smoking throughout. The Paxton Centre, a community hub, sits alongside the property.
