Little Gem
Fife
Kirkcaldy's coastal setting—backed by Ravenscraig Castle and Park, facing the Firth of Forth—makes it a natural base for walking the Fife shoreline in either direction. Little Gem sits on a small residential estate within this landscape, ground floor throughout, with parking for one car. The windows frame views across the water; on quiet days you can hear waves on the beach, which is a short walk away.
Inside: a bedroom with a kingsize bed and TV, a living room with a sofa bed and a coffee table that converts for dining, and a kitchen fitted to cook proper meals. The bathroom has a bath and shower. Essentials like electricity, heating, bed linen, towels and wifi are covered. One dog is welcome at no extra cost, though the property is non-smoking. Ravenscraig Park lies on the doorstep with coastal paths heading towards Dysart Harbour (20 minutes on foot) or westward to Burntisland and Aberdour's beaches and clifftop walks. The town itself has restaurants and shops; the esplanade is good for jogging, and there are galleries and theatres if the weather turns.
