Leven sits within easy reach of the East Neuk's beaches, golf courses and restaurants, making it a natural base for families and visitors exploring this stretch of the Fife coastline. Struan Holiday Home is a mid-terrace villa sleeping six across three bedrooms and two bathrooms, with the whole place to yourselves. One bedroom has an ensuite shower; the others share a family bathroom with bath and shower. Downstairs, the open-plan living space combines a sitting area with smart TV, dining table, and a kitchen equipped for proper cooking—oven, hob, dishwasher, microwave and fridge-freezer are all there. A separate toilet and boot room sit off the kitchen.
Outside, an enclosed rear garden opens onto a decked terrace with seating and garden furniture; a bike store with electricity for charging e-bikes means you can explore on two wheels. Three cars can park on the property itself, with additional on-road spaces nearby. The essentials—heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi—are included. One dog travels free, and the property is non-smoking throughout. A travel cot and highchair come as standard if needed for younger children.

Perfect Pet-friendly Stay in Fife! We had an absolutely wonderful stay in Kilconquhar for a wedding, and this property was the perfect base for our adventure! The location and rooms are ideal—quiet, stylish and charming, yet so close to St. Andrews, Elie, and Crail, all of which we explored during our trip. The house itself was spotless, modern and equipped with everything we needed (including a great en-suite shower - (in the back bedroom!)). The location was a great: St. Andrews is a short drive away—perfect for a morning of sightseeing and golf history. We loved the quaint coastal vibes of Elie and Crail, with their stunning views and charming streets. A local walk around Kilconquhar and a pint at the Kilconquhar Inn was lovely, too - beautiful scenery and a peaceful vibe that let us unwind. The host was fantastic — super responsive, friendly, and full of great tips for the area. Check-in was a easy, and the little welcome touches (bubbles and nibbles!!) made us feel right at home. We’d absolutely stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting Fife and this gorgeous part of Scotland. Thank you for being a great host!

Had a fantastic stay. Fantastic location and wonderful part of Scotland to explore. Home was perfect for our stay, really comfortable, tastefully decorated and with all the amenities you could want. Took advantage of the amazing weather we had and were having breakfast and dinner outside on the decking. Fabulous.

What a lovely cottage in a quaint rural village in a wonderful part of Scotland! We had a wonderful long weekend here and would definitely have stayed longer as it has a lovely homely feel, it’s modern with all the mod-cons, wonderfully proportioned rooms, lovely and clean, and in such a great location for day trips out. Plus the hosts were great and generously left us a couple of tasty nibbles & a lovely bottle of Prosecco for our welcome! 🙏

We had a wonderful stay at Struan Cottage. Lovely and cosy inside with a modern feel too, spacious kitchen and living room to chill in the evening. The village is very cute and quiet, a perfect little trip away with the dogs. One tiny point I would add is there is a handy little patio area at the back door for the dogs which is enclosed, however the outside decking/seating area further up isn't enclosed. If I could have added anything it would maybe be a full size mirror but definitely not the end of the world. Friendly hosts with great communication. Would happily stay again!
