The Horsemill is a converted estate building in rural Fife, set within 400 acres of working farmland and woodland. Originally the horsemill for the property, it has been renovated as a self-contained holiday home sleeping six across three bedrooms and two bathrooms. All accommodation is on the ground floor, arranged around a generous circular living and dining room with French doors onto a patio. Essentials are covered: electricity, heating, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi are all included, along with parking for up to three cars on site.
The kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering, with electric cooking, a fridge-freezer, washing machine and tumble dryer. The main bedroom has a king bed and ensuite shower; the other two bedrooms each contain two singles, with one offering an ensuite wet room and the other a cubicle shower in the room itself. A travel cot and highchair are available on request. The property sits on a sheep and cattle estate, surrounded by woodland and established walking routes that lead into the wider countryside. Lochore Meadows Country Park is adjacent, offering watersports, golf, fishing and birdwatching. One dog is welcome. The grounds do contain an unfenced stream and pond, and there are steps and sloping banks; guests should be aware of these when exploring the wider estate.
