The Thistle

The Thistle is a three-bedroom cottage in Auchtermuchty, a village in central Fife near Cupar. Two bedrooms sit on the ground floor—one with a king bed, one with a double—while the third bedroom, a three-quarter double, occupies the first floor alongside the main bathroom. The open-plan living space upstairs centres on a woodburner and includes a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and washing machine, so you can eat and cook without restriction.

An enclosed back garden with seating and a barbecue opens from the property, and private parking is on site. Essentials like heating, electricity, bed linen and towels come as standard. The location works well for exploring the Fife coast, St Andrews and its golf courses, or walking to Falkland village three miles away. Edinburgh is within reasonable driving distance. No smoking indoors.
